I am also Certified as a Specialist in Hypnosis & PTSD, Hypnosis & Grief Recovery and Hypnosis for Anxieties & Fears.

I offer a heart-centered approach rooted in neuroscience,

safety, and soul.

Within my practice, I believe in the importance of getting to the root cause of an issue, this cause is stored within the subconscious mind and is the cause for any patterns, beliefs, habits, behaviors, and emotional triggers that keep us stuck and even suffering. 

When we can reach the root and reprogram it at a subconscious level we can change our entire lives & hypnosis is our direct way to do so.
